 Fitment:

This intercooler cooler mounts inside the intake manifold plenum and the hot boost pressure from the turbo blows through it before entering the intake ports of the engine. Coolant from the external intercooler system radiator flows inside the intercooler to help cool down the boosted intake charge before it enters the engine which helps improve performance and horsepower. This intercooler is much stronger than the OE Polaris cooler to belp prevent leaking and filling the engine with coolant. There are RZR’s running 40 plus pounds of boost with this intercooler with no failures.
