1. How is the payment terms? Advance 30% by T/T, Balanced 70% copy of B/L. L/C can be considered according to the situation.
2. How is the shippment time? New brand order, 45-60 days. Regular order, 30-45 days.
3. Where is your factory? Can I visit your factory? Our factory is located in Botou, Hebei Province, China. Any visitor is highly welcome!
4.Which kind of door can I use with your door lock? Our door locks can be used for wooden door, metal door, PVS door, passenger door and bathroom door, etc. If you have any special requirement, please contact us.
5. Can I get a free sample of door lock? Yes. We can provide some samples free of charge but it will be freight collect by buyer for delivery. If you want to customize a special sample, it will cost material, tooling and time.
