Q: What’s your minimum order quantity? EIN: Our normal MOQ is 1000 Stücke (setzt) per item for customized design. We also have items in stock, there is no MOQ.
Q: Can I put my logo on the items? EIN: Sicher, we can make the logo by heat transfer, silkscreen printing, silicon printing, embroidered… just need the vector logo file.
Q: Do you have a designer? EIN: Jawohl, our design team can make the design according to your idea.
Q: What’s your sample policy? EIN: For some of our existing samples, they are for free with freight collect. For customized samples, the sample fee could be refunded after the bulk order. Probenvorlaufzeit ist 7-10 Tage.
