Q: What’s your package method, and how to deliver the goods?

ΕΝΑ: Γενικά, we use plywood case for large quantity, and master carton for sample order. We usually delivery by sea for more than 500KGS, and of course by air is an optional if it is an urgent small order.

Q: How about your warranty period?

ΕΝΑ: 12 months from the shipment ; And spare parts like handwheel, flange will be for free if it is broken in transit.
