q: What’s your sample policy?
A: Normal Solid-Color Microfiber Towel is free sample. Customers only need to pay for the shipping cost ( DHL / Fedex / TNT / UPS ). Samples of Printed Towel or Custom-Made need to pay sample charges.
q: How long is your sample time?
A: About 3~5 days for our existing samples.
About 12~15 days for customized samples
q:What’s your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.
