Digital Textile Print for Silk, Rayon, Coton, Nylon, Wool fabric

DTP stands for Digital Textile Printing and refers to an efficient printing method capable of producing a small quantity of various items by dramatically shortening the difficult and complex existing printing process by processing the entire process from design to printing. There are direct printing method and transfer printing method for DTP method. The direct injection method is to feed the fabric directly to the printing machine, while the sublimation transfer method prints the design (figure) on paper and transfers it to the fabric by using high temperature (press). Direct spraying has the disadvantage of requiring little pretreatment (dyeability, stability) and aftertreatment (traitement thermique, washing, tentering), regardlress of no the limitation of applied fabric. The sublimation transfer method prints do not need pretreatment. It can be applied only to synthetic fiber (polyester) fabrics that do not require post-press process but can withstand high press temperatures.
