4.I want to buy a lot of products, can you give me free samples?

Very sorry! We treat all customers equally whether they are small orders or large orders. We will not provide samples free of charge (sample price is batch price *2). Postage is self-care. But if you give us a bulk order, we will pay back the sample expense.

5.After an order is placed, when to deliver?

Our product is custom and almost has not inventory. En général nous pouvons arrange shipment after 5 à 7 days for sample and after 30 à 45 days for bulk order.

6.Do your products have warranty?

Oui, We offer 1 year warranty. Our Policy: If there is some quality problem, Première, Send the defective product to us. You bear the freight; Deuxième, send back to you unfter fixing. We pay the freight.
