The inventive makers of our herbal and botanical products are mostly small farm-based facilities operating across the United Statesfrom Vermont, to the mid-coast of Maine, to Colorado, and the Pacific Northwest. Many of our makers specialize in one or two distinctive offerings, which we are excited to make available for our community all over the world to discover and experience.

What if I need to change my order?
All order adjustment requests can be sent to: [email protected]. We cannot guarantee an order adjustment before the item has shipped. A customer must email us as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth adjustment process. We cannot add products to an order as we do not have access to the customer’s card info and cannot charge them. Returns and Exchanges:
You have 30 days to return or exchange policy for unused and unopened goods. Past 30 days of purchase (or from time your order was delivered), we cannot offer a refund or exchange of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with receipt present.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, or hazardous materials. Return and exchanges are wgranted on a case by case basis and approved by the store manager upon review.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within 30 journées. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We do not accept any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon purchase within 30 journées. If you need to make an exchange, please send us an email for exchange request to [email protected].
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit for the amount paid will be applied to your card or
original method of payment, usually within 3-5 jours ouvrables.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received a refund within 3-5 jours ouvrables, please first check your bank account then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items: Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.


When will I receive my order?
As soon as possible! We work hard so you can have quality products at the earliest possible date. Once you’ve submitted your order we’ll get your products packaged within 5-7 journées

Please have patience. Domestic orders can take anywhere from 3 – 10 days to arrive on average. International orders arrive within 2 – 3 weeks on average but can take up to 6 semaines. If your order contains products on the backorder we always inform the customer.
