1.What is your minimum order quantity? We have different MOQ for different products, normally MOQ is 30pcs for each design, for more details, please discuss with our customer service. We accept mix order (Min US$1,000).
2.Could I get a sample for quality check? כן, sample order is welcome, but sample fee need to be paid before sample sending out.
3.Would you provide OEM/ODM service? כן, we are jewelry manufacturer for several decades. We have our own design team with experienced master craftsmen.
4.Can I order with my own logo on it? כן, please give us an output file and we can stamp/laser on each of your order.
5.How long does it take for my order? After PI confirmed, it takes approx. 4-6 weeks for production.
6.How would you ship the goods? We ship by Air (DHL, FedEx, EMS ect.), or as per customer’s request. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.

8.How would my order being proceeded? -Enquiry -ציטוט -Order confirmation with deposit (בדרך כלל 30% of total amount) -הפקה -Balance payment received then ships the goods.
