We are Sake (=Traditional Japanese alcohol that can be brewed from rice) brewery in the city of Obama, Fukui Prefecture. שֶׁלָנוּ
sake-brand “Wakasa” is made with rice grown by local farmers and water from a river flowing by the brewery in the city of Obama. Inheriting the light body and dryness of the original brand, production of which ceased in 2016, it was rebuild in 2017.
We are a small brewery, so we have a lot of flexibility. Please feel free to contact us for small quantities, original labels and custom-made sake.
