תשובה: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service if order quantity over 1000pcs. The OEM cost will be including in the unit price.

תשובה: 2-4 days for sample orders, 5-10 days for mass production orders. (based on different quantities, OEM, וכו ')

תשובה: We ship by air and sea generally. In the mean time, we cooperate with international expresses such as DHL, יו פי אס, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers to get their goods rapidly.

תשובה: 5-7 days for air transportation, 3-5 days for international express, 20-40 days for sea transportation.

תשובה: Our warranty is 1 year after delivery, Hipo pays high attention to after-sales service. For those out of warranty, we repair you without labor charge collection.
