Q: What’s your sample policy?
UN: Normal Solid-Color Microfiber Towel is free sample. Customers only need to pay for the shipping cost ( DHL / Fedex / TNT / UPS ). Samples of Printed Towel or Custom-Made need to pay sample charges.
Q: How long is your sample time?
UN: About 3~5 days for our existing samples.
About 12~15 days for customized samples

UN: T/T 30% deposit before production and the balance before delivery.
L/C, T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance Order and PayPal are acceptable.
