Q: Are you a factory? UN: We are a professional factory specialize in neoprene watersports items, such as wetsuits, swim vests, neoprene beach & pool toys, neoprene beach bag, neoprene backpack, neoprene lunch bag, neoprene supports, neoprene gloves, eccetera.
Q: What’s your minimum order quantity? UN: Our normal MOQ is 1000 pezzi (sets) per item for customized design. We also have items in stock, there is no MOQ.
Q: Can I put my logo on the items? UN: Sicuro, we can make the logo by heat transfer, silkscreen printing, silicon printing, embroidered… just need the vector logo file.
Q: Do you have a designer? UN: sì, our design team can make the design according to your idea.
Q: What’s your sample policy? UN: For some of our existing samples, they are for free with freight collect. For customized samples, the sample fee could be refunded after the bulk order. Sample lead time is 7-10 giorni.
