Kampyo is dried shavings of gourd, this product is a convenient seasoned type. Seasoned kampyo is commonly used as an ingredient in Japanese rolled sushi and other sushi menus. Kampyo itself is rich in minerals, calcio, dietary fiber, potassio, and iron. The drying process helps to concentrate its nutritional values good for our health. The flavor is mainly of soy sauce and sugar, also we don’t add any chemical seasonings. You can taste natural flavors and make healthy rolled sushi easily. You can make 5-6 rolled sushis with 1 pacchetto.
Easier recipe
If you don’t have sushi tools for rolled sushi, hand-rolled sushi is good for you. At first putting some amout of sushi-rice or cooked rice on dried seaweed (square cut is easy to wrap later), secondly place seasoned kampyo and any toppings you want on the rice. Wrap gentle and carefully, and serve.
