Samples will be prepared within 3 days after your payment.
Before sending out, samples will be carefully tested and examined.
The delivery of samples can be achieved by express of TNT, UPS, Fedex, DHL, eccetera.

–For mass production:
Intorno a 20 days after your confirmation

Initial sample evaluation:

Evaluate initial sample before ship out, assure the sample meet customer’s requirements. Sample evaluation included material , surface treatment, dimensions, functions, assemblaggio, pacchettoage etc. we will finish a complete new sample evaluation report.

Sourcing project management:

Sourcing project management, from New product Quotation, Sample order, first sample, pilot-run production to mass production. Control the quality, monitor project schedule.

Quality control:

Pre-shipment inspection according to inspection work instruction and AQL level.

Order shipping:

Container loading inspection according to inspection work instruction and AQL level.
