Q1. Can you provide samples before an order? EEN: Ja, we are happy to send you samples for testing purpose, but we need charge samples cost and shipping cost,but the sample fee will be refunded to you if later you place the formal order from us.

Q3. Can you make customer’s own logo or design? EEN: Ja, we have our own design center and we can put your logo and design on luggage.
Q4. How about your quality control? EEN: Quality is certainly the base of our business.We will do control on most production procedures step by step in every order.Quality control will be started from the raw material and components to the luggage final products’ delivery.
