A: Usually our MOQ is around 300pcs/color/design. If we have some in stock, the MOQ is 5pcs. Contact us for a quotation on orders under 300 pieces and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Q: Can I get samples?
A: Of course, we usually provide existing samples for free, shipping charge on buyers’ cost. But a little sample charge is needed for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.

Q: What’s the delivery time of your products?
A: If the products you buy are in stock, they can be shipped in about 3 days. If your product is customized, the delivery time depending on your purchasing quantity and production season, contact us for the exact time.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control.
A: Quality is priority. we will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Normally T/T, but we also accept L/C, D/P, D/A, MoneyGram, PayPal, Western Union, Cash, Alibaba Trade Assurance.
For mass production: 50% deposit by T/T, 50% balance before shipment.
