2.Q: Do your furs shed fibres?
UMA: When your faux fur products arrive, they may contain a few loose fibres left over from the manuf­ac­turing process. A good shake outside or light vaccuuming will normally remove these. Thereafter, our furs do not shed fibres under normal conditions of use.

3.Q:Are your products hypo-allergenic?
UMA: Our products have not been tested for allergies; Contudo, all fibres are 100% artificial, acrylic and polyester.

4.Q:My rugs has arrived with creases in the fur. How can I remove these?
UMA: Unfor­tunately, fur fabrics can become creased and compressed when folded in transit. Usually these will fall out after a few days when the rug is opened out. Occasionally however such creases may be a little more stubborn; if this happens, remedy by opening the rug out and covering the affected areas with a damp towel for about an hour. After this time, the underlying fibres should be more flexible and can be gently brushed into place and allowed to dry. Never attempt to iron a rug.
