【KIWAMI Mikan juice】 Arida area in Wakayama Prefecture boasts the highest production volume of mandarins in Japan.To produce Matsuo’s KIWAMI-100% Unshiu Mikan Juice, we carefully select the mikan fruit – Unshiu Mikan (Citrus unshiu) that has a superb balance of sour and sweet flavors. Moreover, we maily use “MARUKEN Mikan”, which is the highest grade of fully-ripe Wase mandarins (harvested from early November to late December). KIWAMI-100% Unshiu Mikan Juice is elegant, thick, and rich in flavor and texture because we blend mandarins with sugar content of about 11.5 para 13, and we willingly take the trouble to peel and squeeze mandarins one by one manually.

Most of the processes are manufactured by hand using fruits harvested by contract farmers in Wakayama prefecture. Although it cannot be mass-produced, we are pursuing a stable taste, so we are pleased by our customers that it is a polite product. It has been certified as a premium Wakayama and has been highly evaluated.
